So I super excited to be start getting veggie boxes from Abundant Harvest Organics!!! It's a rad company out of California that is doling out fresh organic produce every week, if desired, straight to your door!!! Our darling photo dear, Kelsey, was looking for some inspiration in how to use her own produce from her box, so I invented this little dish.
